Welcome to Late Night Buns 808. By accessing our website and placing an online order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and store policies. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

All orders placed through this website are final once confirmed. Because our smash burgers and sides are prepared fresh and made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations, modifications, or refunds once an order has been sent to our kitchen for preparation.

Pickup Only: Late Night Buns 808 offers online ordering exclusively for local pickup at our location: 55 Merchant St Ste 20, Honolulu, HI 96813. We do not offer in-house delivery through this website.
Timing: It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up their food within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.
No-Shows: Due to the perishable nature of hot food and food safety regulations, items not picked up on the scheduled date and time will not be kept indefinitely, and no refunds or store credits will be issued for uncollected orders.

We take food safety seriously. However, our kitchen handles ingredients that contain common allergens, including but not limited to gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and sesame.
If you have a severe food allergy, you must inform us in the “Order Notes” section at checkout.
While we take cross-contamination prevention measures, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. By ordering, you acknowledge and assume this risk.

All prices displayed on our menu are in USD ($) and exclude applicable Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET), which will be calculated and added at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices, ingredients, or menu availability at any time without prior notice.

Late Night Buns 808 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our online ordering system, website downtime, or food consumed outside of proper holding temperatures after pickup.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from the use of this website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
